IFE Role

IFE was retained by Hemet Unified School District to perform geotechnical investigation/geological hazards reviews for the Little Lake Elementary School Modernization Project. Our investigation included 13 subsurface exploartory borings, laboratory testing and analysis. The primary issue requiring mitigation was undocumented fill soil and loose alluvial soil which had the potential for seismically induced settlement. The geotechnical investigation report included engineering analysis, seismic settlement analysis, geologic hazards report and site grading recommendations. During construction IFE provided all of the requied DSA testing and inspection.
