Monte Vista Middle School Modular Buildings
Project Summary
San Jacinto Unified School District (2020-2021)
The San Jacinto Unified School District Monte Vista Middle School Modular Buildings are located on the southeastern portion of the
new 40-acre middle school campus. The two-story modular buildings house 24 classrooms, restrooms and an elevator. The modular buildings were manufactured at Silver Creek Industries, Inc. and transported to the site in sections. The buildings are supported with
interior grade beams and a continuous perimeter footing. Exterior metal decking and stairwells were also installed. Additional
improvements include necessary site work, new quad area, utilities, landscaping and fencing.
